How each network is evidenced
Every relationship here comes from the publisher's own files: either the network's config read live off the page, or the publisher's ads.txt naming the network as its manager. Listings that appear only in a network's sellers.json are inventory it can resell rather than a site it runs, so they are excluded from these counts and from every total on the site.
